Instructions
HOW MUCH WHITER WILL MY TEETH BE AFTER MY TREATMENT(S)?
Most clients reach stunning results and can be taken up to 10 shades lighter! Each clients results are different and depend on a few things, such as, how stained the teeth were before the whitening treatments and how many Deluxe Home Whitening Kit treatments you do, what caused the staining (coffee, red wine, tea, smoking, etc.) and the quality of the enamel.
WILL MY TEETH BE SENSITIVE AFTER?
There is zero to low-risk of tooth sensitivity. If you have naturally sensitive teeth, we recommend Sensodyne toothpaste leading up to your use and continue to use after you do an at-home treatment. The Kit comes with a “Re-Mineralizing Gel” which is awesome, as it restores the minerals lost during a whitening treatment, significantly increases the micro-hardness of tooth enamel, acts as a de-sensitizing gel to help prevent and alleviate any tooth sensitivity and seals in your results while sealing out stains after a teeth whitening.
IS TEETH WHITENING FOR EVERYONE?
Yes and no. While everyone wants a brighter smile the results you achieve depend on many factors;
Your Enamel Quality; most people have good to decent enamel quality and are able to proceed with teeth whitening achieving great results. If you have no enamel and only Dentin Bone this procedure is not for you. Dentin Bone unfortunately does not whiten.
Veneers, Crowns, Caps, Artificial Teeth, Porcelain, Composite; If you have any of these, this is totally fine! Please just know that they do not whiten past their original baseline color.
Fluoride Stains (Fluorisis); Fluoride stains aren't usually a big deal. It can have the appearance of chalky-white patches or streaks running down the surface of a tooth. In mild cases, teeth whitening may help blend and minimize the appearance of fluoride stains. In severe cases and brown Fluorisis, its best that you go to your dentist instead.
Gum Diseases (Gingivitis & Periodontitis); if you have severely swollen, red inflamed gums please seek treatment from your dentist first before proceeding.
Dead Teeth; when a pulp is dead or injured, the tooth will darken because of the rotting material inside. A dead tooth will not whiten.
Tetracycline Stains; A medicine known for causing tooth discoloration is antibiotic Tetracycline, Minocycline and Doxycycline. If your teeth have been discolored blue-gray or yellow-brown due to these medications, it is reversible with time and work. These stains can be stubborn and treatment times can take two to six months. For severe untreatable cases, it is best to see your dentist.
